The University of Integrated Science California (UISCA) offers courses in satellite locations as well as at the main campus in Santa Rosa, California. The faculty and Board of Directors come from many different professions and backgrounds to create a wide variety of studies that blend spirituality, science, and healing. Many of the faculty members have traditional M.D.'s or Ph.D.'s, however their interests extend beyond traditional academic or clinical settings.

Gabriel Cousens, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Cousens is founder and director of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona. Gabriel is a holistic medical doctor, a psychiatrist, a family therapist, and a licensed homeopathic physician in the state of Arizona. He uses the modalities of live-food nutrition, naturopathy, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and acupuncture. He blends his knowledge and skill with spiritual awareness to heal body, mind and spirit. He also teaches and empowers others to use healing practices he developed over many years in his very successful healing and wellness practice.

Dr. Cousens is also a best-selling author with titles that include the following ground-breaking texts: Rainbow Green: Live Food Cuisine; Conscious Eating; Spiritual Nutrition: Six Foundations for Spiritual Life and the Awakening of Kundalini; Depression-Free for Life; Sevenfold Peace; and Tachyon Energy: A New Paradigm in Holistic Healing (co-authored with David Wagner). As an author, healer, and spiritual facilitator, Gabriel presents seminars on many topics including health and nutrition, psycho-spiritual healing, and meditation and spiritual awareness. His work takes him throughout the United States, Central America, Africa, Canada and Europe. Gabriel is also a frequent guest on popular radio talk shows. In addition, he has published articles in health journals and popular magazines on many interesting topics, including live-food nutrition, depression, biochemistry, school health, clinical pharmacology, hypoglycemia and Alzheimer's disease.

A cum laude graduate of Amherst College, where he was captain of an undefeated football team, Dr. Cousens was selected as an All New England lineman as well as one of eleven National Scholar athletes inducted into the National Football Hall of Fame. He received his M.D. degree from Columbia Medical School in 1969 and completed his psychiatry residency in 1973. Dr. Cousens was the Chief Mental Health Consultant for the Sonoma County Operation Head Start and a consultant for the California State Department of Mental Health. He is listed in the Who's Who in California, Who's Who Among Top Executives, Strathmore's Who's Who, and National Register's Who's Who. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of the American Holistic Medical Association (AHMA).

Dr. Cousens currently consults with clients at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center where he creates individualized programs for vibrant wellness. He is the world's foremost physician promoting live-food nutrition for physical health and spiritual growth. As a leading researcher and practitioner in the field of rejuvenation, he specializes in the healing of many chronic degenerative diseases including depression, the addictive brain, chronic fatigue, candida, hypoglycemia, diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis. Dr. Cousens supports clients in integrating a holistic lifestyle that includes an individualized, optimal health diet emphasizing live-foods, exercise, meditation, and nutritional as well as medicinal supplements. In addition to all these achievements, Dr. Cousens also facilitates numerous self-healing programs at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. These programs empower participants to take transformational responsibility for their own healing and awakened living.

Petra Martin, Ph.D.

Petra, known also as Sabera, was born in Wiesbaden, Germany in 1958. From 1978 to 1992 she extensively studied health, natural food and nutrition, and raw and vegetarian cooking. From 1984 to 1994 she studied many different spiritual traditions in Europe and Asia. In 1993 she began, along with Karar, building a tachyon network, attending as well as organizing tachyon workshops in Europe, and lecturing about tachyon at fairs throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She has taken all of the tachyon workshops many times. Since 1993 she and Karar managed the tachyon growth in Europe and headed the Tachyon Institute Europe. The Tachyon Institute evolved into the University of Integrated Science California, and Sabera and Karar are organizing the European Center for UISCA, and building a campus for UISCA Europe in Spain.

Heinz Möller, Ph.D.

Born in Dreieich, Germany in 1951, Heinz is known to the tachyon world as Karar. For many years during the 1970’s and 1980’s Karar traveled extensively in South America, the United States and Asia, studying different spiritual traditions of the west and east. From 1986 through 1989 he studied education and esoteric science at Osho Multiversity in Pune, India. Interspersed among his spiritual studies and travels Karar owned a business where he traded with the United States, South East Asia and England.

Karar has been actively involved with Advanced Tachyon Technologies since 1993 when began building his tachyon business, organizing workshops in Europe and lecturing about tachyon at health fairs in Germany. In 1998 he expanded to India. Currently he and Sabera are organizing and building a campus for the University of Integrated Science California in Spain.

Karrie Painter, Executive Vice President ATTI, Vice President UISCA

As the Executive Vice President of Advanced Tachyon Technologies and the Vice President of the University of Integrated Science California, Karrie is involved in every aspect of the tachyon world. She has been with Advanced Tachyon Technologies from the beginning, and has worked in every department gaining experience and knowledge. For years she organized David Wagner's courses at the corporate headquarters in Santa Rosa, California, and traveled with David in the United States and Germany, overseeing various events. While upholding her position as "second in command", she has earned great respect as a leader.

Profile: A doctor or healer is one whose very presence should heal. The very look he gives at the affected part should start reversing the disease process. If a doctor can impart healing at all levels; that is, at the physical, mental,emotional and spiritual levels, then he can be considered a holistic healer.

An orthopedic and trauma surgeon by profession, Dr. Ramesh was satisfied with his profession but he didn't have an answer to all problems in allopathy. He then embarked on a tireless campaign to drive home the message of "curing thyself." It was after trying his hands on various means of harnessing energy, like Reiki, that the doctor stumbled upon tachyon energy science. The doctor has ever since been on a whistle-stop tour of world capitals, lecturing and advocating his cause. A firm believer of Integrated Medicine, Dr. Ramesh has been working with this art of healing and is on a constant search for the means of perfecting and integrating it with all sciences and life. He has developed many different healing techniques that incorporate tachyon and is teaching these techniques to doctors and students around the world.

Dr. Ramesh has been featured in 37 newspapers and magazines, and featured in three radio programs. He lectures in major cities around the world and India, including medical schools. He has been and is being featured at many congresses to present his new science, Including the WHO and UN sponsored congress in Austria.

David Wagner, Ph.D. President, University of Integrated Science California, CEO ATTI

Professor Wagner is the founder and CEO of Advanced Tachyon Technologies International (ATTI), a company with presence in 97 countries. David holds the following positions and honors: board member of Wholelectric International, Inc.; co-founder of Peace 21; vice president of the Essene Order of Light, Inc. Professor Wagner is also the founder and President of the Tachyon Institute for Spirituality and Science, which, in the spring of 2004 became the University of Integrated Science California (UISCA). Professor Wagner's research has also been published in a book co-authored with Dr. Gabriel Cousens entitled Tachyon Energy: A New Paradigm in Holistic Healing. For some of these achievements, David has been listed in Who's Who in America.

David Weber, Vice President of Operations ATTI

Dave has 30 years experience as a warehouse manager. When he came to Advanced Tachyon Technologies in 1994 he created and organized the warehouse to facilitate the growing business of distributing tachyon to the world. He oversees all processes involving products and production.
